My First SLR, the Pentax K1000

The Pentax K1000 above is my first film SLR Camera. This camera taught me a lot how to make good photos by composing the ISO, Shutter Speed, and Aperture. It is just very simple camera, very basic technique to produce photos. It is a very cheap good quality SLR camera for the amateur and professional photographer. Pentax K1000 is a fully
mechanical and manual camera. Designed with a strong and solid metal body, and no program modes made it survived much longer than others cameras.
Pentax K1000 was produced between 1976 – 1997. My K1000 was manufactured in the 70's. Until now, It still works very well. It still creates many good photos.

Superb Sunrise in Bromo

Mentigen Sunrise spot is one of the most superb sunrise spots in Bromo area. The altitude of this place is aroun 2100m meters above the sea level. The access to this place is very easy, just walking 30 minutes from the ticketing entrance.

Cassowary

Cassowary is included into the family of bird that cannot fly, such Emu, Rhea, Kiwi, and the Camel Bird. The bird is original from Papua New-guinea, can be found in the part of Indonesia also, the West Papua province.

The Nikon FM2 is a semi-professional 35mm single-lens reflex film camera. It was produced and designed by Nippon Kogaku K. K. (The Nikon Corporation) in Japan from 1982 to 2001. The FM2 has a very good reputation for its reliability and durability. As one of my most favorite camera, the FM2 has a very strong body made of copper-aluminum-silicon alloy.
The FM2 has manual focus and
exposure control. It can be operated without batteries, only needs the
two S76 or A76 batteries to power the light meter. This durable Nikon camera designed to work at the temperature ranged from −40 °C to +50 °. Most of the moving parts designed with precision and hardened metal materials.
I have proved that the Nikon FM2 is very tough
and reliable SLR film camera. It is considered as one of the top built and rugged
mechanical camera ever. Because of its mechanical toughness and ability to operate fully in all features except the light meter, some photographers still use the FM2 film camera as a backup camera.

Canon FTB QL was introduced on march 1971 by Canon Camera industry, Japan. This 35mm camera is fully manual single-lens reflex camera system. This camera has Canon FD Lenses mounting. Special thing about this camera is how the shutter releases
without vibrations. The Canon FTb has a very smooth trigger
pull. Canon company calls this special mirror mechanism the SMS, the "Shockless Mirror System".
